EnRichmond 2018

Preparation for the EnRichmond class schedule is underway!

“EnRichmond,” is an after school enrichment program open to all RES students that offers multiple avenues for our children to explore and gain experience in supplemental areas of interest.

 * The PTO is currently looking for instructors to teach a class, once per week for a four week session. *

Do you have an area of expertise, a passion, a favorite hobby, or special skill which might enrich the lives of our students?  It could be something from the arts, sciences, trades, sports, hobbies, etc., which with you have knowledge in and are willing to share with our students.

Classes will meet once per week (on Tuesday or Wednesday) for 4 weeks beginning March 6, 2018. Classes take place at RES immediately following school dismissal and end at 4:30pm. Instructors can indicate the class size and grade level of participants. Supplies and materials will be provided (or reimbursed) by the PTO.  Small stipends are also available for interested formal instructors. Some examples of class ideas are: carpentry/woodworking (building wooden toys), paper craft and origami, drawing lessons, drama, music, crafting, yoga, IT focused, STEM focused etc. We are only limited by your imagination.

Note: Mrs. LePree is also looking for a high school or parent volunteer to help with a drama production.

If you would like more information, or already know you are able to volunteer your time and experience, please contact Julie McGovern (email:[email protected]gmail.com) by Friday, January 19th. Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
